Dan grew up locally in the green industry. As soon as he was big enough he was planting trees, selling sweet corn & vegetables at the roadside stand. His background also includes a degree from MSU in Landscape and Nursery Management as well as extensive knowledge in the growing and care of ornamentals.

April (locally grown/raised) has been active in the floral community for many years, specifically in floral design. She also graduated from NMU with a degree in English/Biology. As her gardens grew larger to suppliment her design business, she and her husband Dan decided to market the flowers they grow at the local Farmer's Markets. April strives to produce fresh, local, pesticide free flowers and ornamentals to people in the Marquette County community.
